Buyer-facing strategy

The recognition followed continued investment in multilingual content, digital communication and online presence. Content production covers Portuguese, English and French, while the campaigns span Lisbon, Cascais, Comporta and the Alentejo coast.

The agency places strong emphasis on individual locations. Its communication is built around place, people and the lifestyle each property offers, rather than simply displaying the property itself. From the outset, its marketing department was intended to tell the story of each home and its locations.

"Being recognised in London, in front of the international real estate sector, gives us enormous satisfaction." — Charles Roberts, Managing Partner of Fine & Country Portugal

Roberts said the recognition demonstrated that Portuguese luxury property could be communicated with rigour, identity and global ambition. He also stated that clients, buyers and sellers benefit first from the agency’s work.

A large proportion of the agency’s clients are international buyers looking for a home, an investment or a lifestyle change in Portugal. The company describes its service as bespoke guidance at every stage of the process, beginning before a house is bought or sold.

Digital investment

Fine & Country Portugal has invested in automation and artificial intelligence tools to streamline internal processes and improve marketing campaigns and content. The company says these technologies free employees to concentrate on work that matters most.

The agency nevertheless says client and partner relationships remain handled by people. It believes strong long-term relationships can produce better results for clients.

The website award covered the same digital focus. Fine & Country Portugal said it had made its website and digital channels an extension of the customer experience.

"Having that journey recognised in London, alongside some of the best agencies in the world, motivates us to go even further in 2027." — Christopher Fortunato, Marketing Manager of Fine & Country Portugal

Marketing Director Sandra Fernandes said the recognition reflected years of patient and detailed work. She attributed it to photographs, text and campaigns based on detailed knowledge of the places represented by the agency, and described 2026 as particularly demanding.

International reach

The national win did not end the campaign’s assessment. Its marketing entry had been nominated in both European and world categories and will move forward to those levels of the awards, according to the company.
