La Croisette is the seafront boulevard with luxury hotels and the Palais des Festivals. Le Suquet is the old hilltop quarter above the port. Californie, on the hills behind the town, has large villas and sea views, and Palm Beach sits near the eastern end. Prices fall in inland areas like Cannes La Bocca. Nice airport is about 25 km away, and trains run along the coast.
