MacFarlane Partners, led by Victor MacFarlane, is a Black-owned investment management firm with a 40-year track record in urban development, focusing on smart growth, urban revitalization, and sustainable, high-density projects, and is co-developing the Baltimore Peninsula with MAG Partners.
