Lalani Ventures, an Atlanta-based developer and owner of Underground Atlanta, and New York-based Exact Capital specialize in large-scale, mixed-use and mixed-income real estate projects. Their current joint venture is a $160 million, 30-story residential tower at Underground Atlanta, featuring 405 units—163 of which are affordable housing—marking the first new development at the site in decades.
