Greenland Forest City Partners is a joint venture between Greenland USA (a subsidiary of Shanghai-based Greenland Group) and Forest City New York, specializing in large-scale, mixed-use urban developments. Their flagship project is Pacific Park Brooklyn, a 22-acre development featuring residential (including affordable housing), commercial, retail, community facilities, and public open spaces.
