ANRU (Agence Nationale pour la Rénovation Urbaine) is a French national agency that implements urban renewal projects to transform living conditions in priority urban districts (QPV). The agency manages a €14 billion program aimed at transforming working-class neighborhoods, with two-thirds of this second national urban renewal program committed by the end of 2024.
